Fall Meeting is the largest and preeminent Earth and space science meeting in the world. ENVRI community related side meetings
US-EU RI session at AGU (COOP+, ENVRIplus, COOPEUS)
A splinter meeting on Communication and Internationalization of Research Infrastructures on Monday 11 Dec at 14:30-16:30.
The meeting venue is at Hotel Hampton Inn (room Dauphine), only 5 mins walk from Convention Center. Coffee and snacks will be served.
Background: Communication and liaison activities are important elements of successful RI strategy and implementation. In recent years, there has been increasing need for enhancing the RI communication, outreach and liaison activities in Europe. Also collaboration among RI communication officers have increased. Being aware of the long tradition and experience in US and Canada on the communication related actions, we would like to welcome all of you to share your views on RI communication strategies, best practices in communication and liaison activities and especially on how to create partnerships and dialogues with industry and private sector users.
We are inviting RIs and observatories to present their communication strategies and activities with short 5-10 min presentations.
