The EPOS ERIC General Assembly has appointed Lilli Freda as the new Executive Director of the Consortium, taking over this role from Massimo Cocco.
She will start her appointment on April 1st 2021.
Lilli Freda is a Senior Researcher at Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia in Rome, Italy, with a long lasting experience in the management of European research infrastructures.
Under her leadership and with the support of the Members and of the Community, EPOS ERIC continues to be committed to establishing and underpinning sustainable and long-term access to solid Earth science data and services integrating diverse European research infrastructures under a common federated framework.
