Pensoft Publishers Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Communications team as a Senior Communication Expert to work on communication and dissemination tasks related to several international research projects and/or scientific journals.
The person will:
- Lead the development of communication and dissemination strategies and campaigns;

Engage with international science news, media and journalists (in English) and oversee the production and dissemination of press releases;

Lead social media engagement and oversee the management of social media accounts;
-
Develop concepts for websites and lead the creation of effective content;
-
Act as Editor in Chief of various project newsletters and other promotional materials;
-
Present at international symposia and workshops;
-
Work closely with the project team and other company members;
-
Collaborate actively with researchers and project partners;
-
Other related activities.
The desired candidate should possess:
- Minimum working experience of 5 years in the field of strategic communication and dissemination of knowledge;

Excellent command of written and spoken English language;

Higher education and master degree in Public Relations/Communication;

Diplomacy and can-do attitude
-
Cooperative work style and organizational skills;
-
Computer literacy and confidence in working with communication and CMS platforms

Good presentation skills;
-
Ability to travel internationally;

Ability to work independently and as part of a group;
Preference will be given to people with:

Prior experience in working in a scientific environment;

Experience in management and/or communication of international projects;

Creativeness and proactive attitude;
