1st ENVRI-FAIR policy workshop for the ENVRI community Research Infrastructures

“How to define infrastructure policies and practices for interoperability”
The workshop focuses on presenting and discussing general concepts on writing and developing policies in the ENVRI RIs, their aspects and relationship to the RI operations. The workshop will be strongly dependent on the interactivity of the participants, their experiences on policy development, decision making and documentation, particularly on policies related to RI operational data services (such as data security, privacy and user, authorisation, data curation; data and metadata provenance policies, etc.). Results of the workshop are then used to develop further the ENVRI policy recommendations, use as a basis for training materials on the subject, and as the backbone of more detailed workshops on specific RI policies.
Key audience
(1-2 per infrastructure recommended): ENVRI RIs staff responsible for data policy questions; Administrators; RI Policymakers and Developers, Head of Operations.
