The purpose of RItrain Staff Exchange is for managerial staff from European Research Infrastructures to learn best practices in management and leadership in areas that are new to them and for research infrastructures to take part in exchange visits to other research infrastructures that are noted for their excellence in selected areas, in order to develop specific expertise.
During the pilot phase the following staff exchanges are open for application:
Topic: Stakeholder Management and Community Building
This staff exchange focuses on stakeholder management and community building in the field of biological and medical imaging, but can be easily transferred to any field.
